Please read this document before accessing the T4 website.  By accessing this website you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.   Please also read our Privacy Statement and our Disclaimer.  Accepting these Terms & Conditions does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Delivery
We process all orders as they are received and goods are sent out as soon as we receive credit card authorisation. Goods should reach the customer normally within two working days from receipt of order.  If this is not possible we will contact the customer and inform them. Goods are delivered either by courier or by post, depending on their size and value.

Delivery Prices
Delivery is FREE - to mainland UK customers only.  Customers living outside the UK will be contacted when we receive their order, we will inform them of the delivery charge applicable to their specific order before processing.

Payment:
We accept most major credit and debit cards except Amercian Express and Diners Club.  Your card will not be debited until your order is ready for desptach.

Returns and Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within  7 working days after the day on which you receive the goods.   If you do decide to cancel then please contact us via email and  we shall refund your money within 30 days.  We willl deduct any postage or collection charges.  The goods must be returned with all accessories, packaging, instructions etc and must be in unused condition.

Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event a product is found to be faulty, we are happy to replace or refund it.

Guarantees
All new equipment comes with a minimum one year warranty.  Secondhand equipment is guaranteed for three months.   All Secondhand products bought through this website come with a fourteen day money back guarantee provided they are returned to us in the condition in which they were sent out.  During this 'cooling off' period you may return the goods provided they are unused and in the original packaging.

Mistakes
In the event of a  mistake being made with a customers bill, receipt or payment, we will correct the problem as soon as possible.

Complaints
Our customers are very important to us.  We promise to acknowledge all complaints within five days and to resolve all problems as quickly and efficiently as we can. Please email all complaints to info@t4cameras.co.uk.  We endeavour to resolve all complaints within seven working days.

Law
These terms & Conditons are governed by English law and are subject to the exclsuive jurisdiction of the English courts.
